Will I be happy with glazed kitchen cabinets?

It depends on what style you are going for; a more contemporary style will look great with glazed kitchen cabinets, but it would look odd with a traditional setup.

Make sure if you do get glazed kitchen cabinets that you look at the glaze itself on samples of wood, not all glazes complement a cabinet. Also inquire about how dust or dirt will attach to the glaze and what the best cleaning products are to use on the cabinets.

I love glazed cabinets! It's important that you choose the right paint color for the glazing process, though. With glazed cabinets; you can add depth to the room, create an antiqued look or add to a darker stain color. It really all depends on your taste, but I think you'll love it too.

The only thing good about glazing your cabinets it that they will clean well. But the look will fade over time from the cleaning. Just paint then and put a sealer on the paint.

The outside of the kitchen cabinet should be given wooden finish with laminated plys. . If you are redoing your whole kitchen go for modular kitchen. It looks best and all the things are fitted inside. Make the cabinets with laminated ply and put matching glazed tiles in the walls.
