Nothing will guarantee that you will get pregnant. All sorts of things will give you better odds, but nothing guarantees it. An HcG injection will help increase the chance of ovulation, but NOTHING guarantees getting pregnant.

No fertility treatment is guaranteed. It only increases your chances, but it does increase them substantially. No fertility treatment has a 100% success rate.
