Will an acrylic shirt "pill" after a I wear it a few times?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there is a high probability that your acrylic shirt will indeed pill after it is laundered. How soon it will pill will in part be determined by the quality of the fabric and how you wash and dry it. Hand wash it if you want it to last longer.

Anything made in acrylic, A shirt will pill or fade. Especially if you intend to wash it, however even if you put it on a wall it will eventually "pill"

An acrylic shirt may pill after several uses depending on the quality of the fabric. You may start to see the pilling after several washes in a machine whereas if it is handwashed it will wear better.
