In some people, sinus infections can cause the lymph nodes in the neck to swell and became inflamed with fluid. If this happens the neck can be extremely sore, especially when moving it.

Yes, a sinus infection can cause nerve inflammations and pain in the neck due to swollen lymph nodes. If it's a viral infection, bedrest is the best cure, but see a doctor for treatment.

A sinus infection may very well cause nerve inflammations and neck pain, as the neck and nasal passages are inter-related.

Yes, after a long battle with sinus infections I would go through the whole neck pain thing. It's best to find out what is causing the infection in the first place. Mine has to do with cheese.

Pain in sides and back of neck, ear pain, pressure and pain in sinus and very fatigued with Nausea after eating and sore throat. Its horrible, no insurance and cannot afford a doc visit. Concerned infection will spread, its been four days and I don't really feel any better.
