Why would I feel hungover for years?

This may be the result of a persistent lack of sleep or the lack of proper vitamins and nutrients in the body; or, you may have a long term disease.

Well, the simple answer would be that you were drinking for years as well. As I doubt that is the case, you could very well have a medical problem to take care of. Don't feel bad for more years. Get checked out by a doctor.

This is obviously not a hangover. You have some other condition which is causing this, such as chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia. You need to see a doctor.

If you are a chain smoker and a drinker then you can have hangovers daily. If this is the case then you can reduce the amount of alchohol and ciggars.
