Get her to a vet quick, she may have mastitis. That is a condition where the kittens will not be able to eat because the mom is not producing milk.

Yowling cats are usually cats in heat. If this is an un-spayed cat and you don't want to have more baby cats squirming around, please take her to the vet and have her spayed

She could be going through some depression, if she lost a kitten or two she could be greaving, If you just gave her kittens away she may be looking for them, or she could just be a concerned mother.

The most common is a female cat will yowl to let the males know she is in heat. She may also be thirsty, hungry or in pain.
