It won't restart.

See if it clogged up something inside the engine section, or something broke in the internal section of your machine

If you're sure it's simply flooding, it could be that the carb's low speed adjustment screw is not correctly adjusted. You can try tightening the needle until it seats, and then backing it off to about 3 turns.
