Puppies are descendants of wolves. A wolf has a pack leader called an Alpha and Omega. To show submission, they lick the leaders mouths. So for your puppy to lick you like that, they know that you are the leader.

Its because your puppy loves you. Licking and wagging tail is a way for dogs to show love towards their owner and other family members. Nothing is wrong with your puppy. Its just normal behavior.

Your puppy licks you all of the time because he loves you and is showing affection. The way your skin feels on your puppy's tongue could be another reason that he is licking you all of the time. You could just smell so good that your puppy wants to lick you.

Because you taste good? But usually it's for the salt on your skin that is naturally secreted in your sweat. But you might also have a slight taste left on your skin from your food.

Dogs investigate with smell and taste. If they lick you they're probably intrigued by the smells you carry on your hands/face.

Dogs, and especially puppy have an extremely sensitive nose. Puppies are curios as to what the smell is and will often lick to associate taste with such smell.

The reason for your dog licking you could be its licking behavior or could be for showing her gratitude towards you.
