It6 is most probably suffering from bacterial or other GI tract infection. Try to give the pet food from hygenic places. Try to replace pure water

Your hamster might have wet tail. To help your hamster get better faster, feed it dry burnt toast. If your hamster is not better in three days, call the vet.

this can be caused by liver kidney or digestive tract issues/diseases it could also be due to a parasite in the gi tract

Could be a result of a bad diet or an intestinal parasite. Take the hamster to a qualified exotics vet ASAP in case it is potentially fatal.
