Teeth grow form the back of the jaw and gradually move forwards. There is limited space in the mouth and this can result in teeth buckling from the pressure.

The shape and size of your mouth is genetic. Also, a child's adult teeth just may be too big for his or her mouth. Both situations lead to crookedness.

First how old is your child? Children do get in there molers and that tends to crowd teeth. Another, thing is that some child have extra teeth. You might consider getting a dental examine to determine if your child has extra teeth.
