Why do I have extremely itchy hands and feet?

You could possibly just have extremely dry skin, so try putting lotion in itchy areas. You may also have rashes on your hands and feet for various reasons. You could be allergic to something, or a bug (or multiple bugs) could have bitten you.

when i use more work like using soap and washing more clothes i will have more itchy in my hand. when i walk more without cheppal in the road i will have itchy feet.

Itchy hands and feet can be cause by various things, you should consult your doctor asap. It could be as simple as dry skin, most soaps and daily life (in heat is worst) can dry you out. Use an all day cream moisturizer or Vaseline daily.

Most likely one has extremely itchy hands and feet because of dry skin. Extreme dry skin can occur and give the sensation of flaking and itching. Try a skin moisturizer at night before sleeping and in the morning as well.
