You may get backside cramps due to dehydration, especially during the summer months when you sweat more than normal. It is important to be sure you take mineral supplements in addition to your daily vitamins. Muscle cramps can typically be a potassium deficiency so be sure to add more bananas to your diet.

you either are on your period or you dont work out enough and you should consider aerobic exercises daily and that would be great.
