Why didn't I have a period?

What are the possibles causes?

A woman might miss a period if she is pregnant. If that's not the case stress can cause you to miss your period, it may even be your birth control. Also if a woman is under or over weight she could miss he period.

1) You are pregnant. 2) You are stressed. 3) You started a new medication (most common with birth control, but other medications can cause this as well). 4) Weight gain can be an issue. 5) Menopause. 6) You are having fertility issues. 7) Simple irregularity of your period. 8) Poor diet. Whatever the case may be, see a doctor.

Most common is pregnancy, other is you didn't ovulate this month. Some women don't have regular monthly periods, they get them every other month or randomly.

There are many reasons that you may not have your period. Being pregnant could be one reason. Another reason could be that you are very stressed out and that can cause a delay. Or third, you may have started a new medicine or birth control and that can cause it to change.

There are many possible causes for this. It could mean pregnancy. It could also be the result of disease or infection. Hormonal changes can also cause this. Moreover, women can become inconsistent in getting periods as the get older.

The first possible cause could be pregnancy. If your not sexually active then no worry there. Also having stress,being sick,lossing weight or taking certin kinds of birth control will have effect.
