If I have quit using birth control and have not had a period in some time could I be pregnant?

I stopped my birth control some time ago and have not had a period since I stopped.

Yes, that is possible, if you have had sexual activity. This is something to see your doctor about, as other things could also be wrong.

Your body might need several months to readjust after you stop taking birth control pills. You should seek professional help however and in the meantime, be sure to practice safe sex and get a pregancy test.

That is entirely possible. I recommend that you take a pregnancy test in order to find out for sure because, whilst pregnancy is the most probable, you may have an underlying problem which requires medcal attention.

If you were using the Pill, there is a high chance you are pregnant. If you used the Norplant or Depo Provera injection, the shots may not have worn off, thus suppressing your period despite the fact you are not taking it any longer. See a doctor if worried.

Yes you COULD be pregnant. Even though you stopped taking birth control it is possible to get pregnant right after. Then again it could just be your body trying to get back into the swing of things that is why you have not had your period yet.
