Your breast veins so visible because of the reason that you have already said, you have very fair skin. Also, the skin will be stretched some if the breasts are naturally large, which it sounds like they are, and if there is not an excess of fat in that area.

If this is a more recent thing that you have noticed, it could be a sign of pregnancy. A lot of women are able to detect an early pregnancy by the fact that the veins in their breasts are showing through more than normal.

In all likelihood, your veins are visible because a combination of your fair skin and the thickness of your dermis on your breasts. The thinner your skin, the more apparent your veins. They will also be more visible if your breasts are on the larger side with more fat content.

Fair skin could be a reason why they show through so much. Another reason could be pregnancy. When you are pregnant your veins become more prominent as your breasts grow.
