It may be due to malnutrition or stress. It also could be a symptom of alopecia areata where hair loss is due to the body attacking the hair follicules.

Hair loss in areas of the body is known as alopecia and it affects a small portion of the population. A possible cause of alopecia is that the immune system is seeing the hair follicle as a threat (i. e. bacteria) and subsequently attacks it.

First off, did you wax or pluck your eyebrows? Or put some sort of chemical treatment on there? If not, then go see your primary care doctor to see what is wrong.

If you are on many medications this is ussually a sign of toxicity. This happens to people when they are poisoned but can also happen when there is a high level of doctor prescribed medications in your body. You also need to rule out any skin conditions.
