Jeff Moss is a writer for Sesame Street who composed the song "Rubber Duckie" for the programme. It was performed by the character "Ernie". The song was recorded and released on Columbia Records in 1970 and as such it is unlikely that it is in the public domain at the present date.

Jim Henson wrote the song in 1970 & performed the song as Ernie who is a puppet from the popular US children's TV show called Sesame Street. The song is not in the public domain.
