Who signs for an LLC, all parties or does one person represent the group?

The arrangement regarding signing power is decided when the LLC is formed. As with banking, the checks can require one signature or more than one. Similarly, the manner in which the group enters into contracts or agreements has to be determined beforehand.

When you create an LLC it is standard that you designate the signatories who can sign for your corporation. You want very careful legal advice before designating.
