Mold resistant paints are made by most of the top paint companies now, such as Sherwin Williams, Behr, Benjamin Moore, Glidden as well as some more local stores. You can find it at any Sherwin Williams store or other DIY type hardware store such as Home Depot.

There are primers made by Zinnser that are interior/exterior that also have mold and mildew resistance. Menards also carries an additive that can be added to the topcoat.

Masterchem Industries, Inc manufactures a product known as Kilz, it is the most commonly used brand of primer. They offer mold resistant products.
