Casio portable tv is not bad, Most of all I like model "Casio EV-4500 Portable LCD TV with 4-Inch Active-Matrix Display and Desktop Stand". It has LCD monitor, very high quality of video, good sound. If you dont like this one, you can try Axion AXN-8701. Design of this portable TV is much better.

Good portable tv's depend on what the customer will use it for, some good brands are: Eviant, Haier, CTA, and Viore. The catch is that those are all smaller companies.

If you are looking for just a tv, then definately go with casio, as they have a wide selection of portable tv's with screens ranging from 3 inches up to 8 inches.

The better question would be to first ask what manner of material must this portable TV display? Not all portable TV's are created equally. If size is not a factor as long as it is within reason, has a decent built in battery or convenient cord length for an external power source. A casio will work, Philips are often fair.
