The AC/DC cap company is licensed by Creative Commons Attribution. I am not sure how you would contact them, but I am sure there is a way.

AC/DC is currently recorded and distributed by Sony Music Entertainment, it is most likely they will be able to negotiate licensing for manufacture of apparel or other items.
