Tony Rezko was a property developer in Chicago who contributed a lot of money to former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich receiving a lot of political favors in return.
He was a politcal fundraiser from Chicago Illinois who has some political ties. In 2008, he was convicted of fraud and bribery. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago.
