Tony Dimera's biologial parents are Daphne Dimera and Enrico, the family gardener according to Daphne on her deathbed. However, Stephano Dimera is his legal father. It is unclear if Stephano could be his biological father due bloodtests that were done during a time period when Andre Dimera was impersonating Tony. Before dying, Tony claimed Enrico as his biological father.
