There are two women that seem to have that record. A dutch woman who lived in the 16 hundreds named Trijntje KeeverTrijntje Keever was 8ft 4 1/2 inches tall. The record holder however is Zeng Jinlian, who has medical evidence to prove she is 8ft 1` 1/2 inches tall by the Guiness Book of World Records.

At 8 ft 1¾ in (248 cm), Zeng Jinlian of China is believed to be the tallest woman who ever lived. She had the condition of gigantism. A severely deformed spine kept her from being able to stand up straight.
