Which is better Country or Rock?

This absolutely depends on taste; however, I consider Rock to be more versatile and easier to like than country music. Also, Rock is more mainstream than country.

Rock music is better than country, because it's more original and has more instruments. Country music is often filled with the same story line over and over, but rock music is original, and can be about anything ranging from love to vacationing. Nothing can beat the pulse of a great rock song. Rock is great!

Both types of music can contain elements of the other. Many radio stations focus on one or the other and often demographics of the 2 audiences are different & thus more appealing to advertisers. It is purely a matter of taste as to which type may be perceived as "better".

It depends which one people like better. I personally like both, just not metal.
