Because of the Freedom of Information Legislation, it would be the United States of America that has the most public records. Over eighty five countries have similar legislations. Sweeden has the oldest law, beginning in 1766.

In my opinion the country who has the most public records is California, because as it's the largest in population and secondly it is full of talent. Its people has too much talent. on the basis of talent and largeness, i will vote to California. California has the most public records.
