Where is the sensor heater circuit on my Chevy Astro van?

If you pop the hood and go to the passenger side of the vehicle you will notice a small box directly against the firewall. Open the fuse box and look at the third row, fourth fuse. It will be red with a clear top. That is the heater circuit. If its broken, solder it back together for a quick fix.

The sensor heater on the Astro van will be located on the exhaust system an will be located before after the catalytic converter.

It is located beside the heater core. If you look it up online you can get a good diagram of it.

Most cars have an 02 sensor on the exhaust manifold and an 02 sensor on the exhaust pipe behind the catylic converter.

The temp switch or heater switch is usually located in the water neck housing for the thermostat. If you fallow the upper radiator hose to where it goes in the motor it will be right there.

The senbsor heater circuit on a Chvy Asro van is Behind the steering column. Open the hood and there is a bank of circuits. the book that came with the car Will have the number.
