Follow the larger hose and you will find the low pressure port. It typically has a blue or black cap.

You never have to replace the freon to the AC on a vehicle. It evaporates over time and you only need to add more freon. Find both AC lines coming from the fire wall of the vehicle and find the line that has a big port for the AC freon.
