Try your classifieds or craigslist, sometimes there are places that offer free or cheap computer training. If you are the type that learns well by yourself, then try buying a self-help book.
Check your local community learning center. They sometimes offer computer classes that should not be too expensive. You can also do some learning on your own by reading books.
