The Disney store sells the disney princess dresses if you want something that resembles a character that would be for dress-up.

it depends on the occasion. for halloween, any halloween store will do. for a special occasion you can get a princess dress at boscovs or target. if it is for a wedding, david's bridal is a good place to get one and they are cheap, but it all depends on the occasion.
