You can generally purchase any amount of felt that you need from any fabric stores. Another place where you can locate felt for purchase would be a hobby or a craft store. Felt is used in both sewing and arts and crafts so any stores that specialize in these areas should carry it.

Felt is very common and you can buy it at most craft stores. I would go to Michaels or Target if you need to buy in bulk because it will be cheaper there.
