Where can I see some examples of a "career objective" statement on resumes?

I have no idea what to say. I just want a job.

Many of the job search engines also have resume information, including examples of resumes that have good examples of career objective statements, amongst other pertinent information.

Make your resume shine - link your career objective to a specific job. Be creative! Employers want to know that you are interested in THEM not any old job ...

A career objective just means that it wants you to state what your goal is for the job. Obviously, your goal is just to become employed so that you can make money, but you don't want to write that. Instead, write something general like, "I want to gain experience and learn new skills from this career."

There are many resources available providing career objectives. Some of the best options are different job boards and resume builder websites.

A simple Google search for sample resumes should help you to find some examples. They are literally all over the internet but there are some good ones on About. About is a great website for resume and job building.

Listing a "career objective" on a resume is virtually obsolete these days as your "objective" is to get a job. and offer resume samples that may show "career objectives".
