I found a plan for a horse stable online that gives free step by step instructions on how to construct a horse barn suitable for Breyer style toy horses. The site can be located by googling Binkys Woodworking. Once you are on the website, you can click "plans that I have drawn" and then Bink's Horse Stable.

While there seems to be a lack of books devoted to plans for model horse barns, there are a few websites devoted to such things. Another option, of course, is to use plans for a regular horse barn and simply scale them down to be on scale for your model horses. The latter is probably the better option.

You could try a few different routes on this. There are quite a few stores out there you can look at for things like this. Such as, Hobby Haven, Michaels Craft store, those are just a couple. Or you could also go on ebay, where you can usually find anything.
