I-hop is my personal favorite for a birthday treat; but baskin-robins generally gives you the same type of offers. If you create an email address simply for joining up to various company's email lists they will generally send you free merchandise, vouchers for free things, or coupons for heavily discounted items on your birthday.

Lots of restaurants also offer free meals on your birthday as long as you are with someone else who is going to be paying for their meal. Also, some retail stores offer you coupons for free stuff and discounts on your birthday if you sign up for their email club.
