Where can I get an electrical engineering diploma?

There are a variety of universities that offer these diplomas. A good one that comes to mind is MIT, they are known for their engineering programs.

In the U. S. , electrical engineering is a four-year baccalaureate program that can be followed by additional study for a graduate (master) degree. Any school with a College or School of Engineering would offer such a curriculum.

If you can stand being around a lot of Mormons, Brigham Young University (in Provo, Utah) has an outstanding Electrical Engineering program. Nearly every graduate I knew got a job with big firms like National Instruments immediately upon graduation.
