Reusable metal ones are available in kitchen specialty stores. Larger supermarkets carry these . Wooden skewers are best bought in a discount store for best value. Also at craft stores.

You can find bamboo skewers at stores like Target or WalMart in the section where you find all the cooking gadgets. They are usually in a zip-lock bag hanging on the wall of gadgets. The grocery store probably has them, and better cooking shops, like Williams-Sonoma, where will also find metal skewers.
