Several ways online from places like Amazon or Ebay, even some adult online stores. Also try some independant book sellers in your area. Some libraries carry them look for a large county library, you probably would'nt find them at a city one. A few of the smaller online stores have catalogs they'll send out.

Another way to get Greenleaf classic books is at an independent bookstore in your city, or at a mainstream bookstore such as Borders and Barnes and Noble. Finally, you could visit your campus library or public library.

You can find the books in Liverpool at SleazBay Adult Book Store. You can also check on Amazon that have so many books online, that you are bound to find what you are looking for. You can also google to see if the books are stateside, to find a location closer to you.

You can find them in any bookstore or from back order of any store that could very well have them in their warehouse.

At vintage books sores, or consignment shops. There are several on line book stores that specialize in vintage adult books, AB classics has them on there site.

There are several sites online that sell these older paperbacks. TripleXBooks is but one... however, that site is easy to navigate and usually has nice cover images too!
