Most schematics and diagrams are located in the user manual for your car when you purchase it, or you can look online. This is a fairly difficult repair, if you consider yourself a novice i would recommend either consulting your car manual, or seeking the help of a licensed mechanic to-be safe.

The first place you want to look will be an owners manual, if you dont have the original you can usually find someone online with this information.

Start by looking online. Sometimes you can find a diagram on a forum or website. If you can locate one online then you need to purchase a repair manual. It should list wiring diagrams and have diagrams of the fuse block itself.
