When pricing airfare to Australia, is Derby Airport the best choice for destination?

Derby is a small airport for touring the Western Kimberley region of Australia but it wouldn't be a good choice from an international destination. Arriving Sydney would be better.

It depends on what your origination city is. When I booked my flight there I checked on Priceline and Orbitz and checked the box that said "check nearby airports". That will give all the airports in the area that have flights available from your origination city and the best price available.
