The PS3 has already been released, as of November 17, 2006. You can buy a Gamestop refurbished one for $200, or you can buy it for $400 from Walmart with two free games and a wireless controller. In a couple years the Playstation Three's price will most likely go down, making it cheaper.

The sony PS3 was released back in november 2006 for Japan and North America, and march 2007 for Europe and Oceania. It is still referred as a next-gen console. So no , you cannot preorder :). There are even rumours for ps4 in the works.

Since it is 2010 the ps3 has been released. It actualy came out in 2006. I do not think it is possibe to pre-order it.

The PlayStation 3 has already been out for a very long time. It was released back on November 11, 2006. Sony just released it's newer slim version of the console.

The Playstation 3 was already released November 17, 2006 in North America, so pre-ordering is no longer necessary. You can get it in just about any store that sells video games. GameStop would be a good bet.

The PS3 was released on November 11th, 2006. There's no way to preorder one since they're already out. The 120GB slim model retails for $299, and 250GB for $349.
