When I turn on the air conditioner there is this burning smell, what is it?

The burning smell is due to gas leakage in the engine compartment. The gas smell is being sucked into the fresh air intake of the air conditioner. It can be avoided by checking either fuel pressure regulator or fuel injector.

It is likely the blower motor in the air-handler, call and electrician and have the motor checked out. It is possible that past damage is being realized by the smell of stresses placed on the motor windings.

When there is a burning smell while turning the air conditioner on, that means the burning of the lubricant or some wire burning.

Could be a fuse burns please read the technician to check, turn off your air conditioner and do not try to fix it yourself, you can cause more damage.

After the engine has warmed or possibly even after it's shut off for a few minutes. After a few minute it can be turn on.
