When do stores start having a summer clothes sale?

It does not matter where you live in regards to summer sales on clothing. I live in a warmer place and summer clothing has been on sale since July.

Normally the fall line becomes available in August, but they seem to be getting it in earlier (mid-July). That's when the summer clothes go on sale.
