It varies depending on the species. Leopard gecko eggs, a commonly kept species, take anywhere from six to twelve weeks to hatch depending on the incubation temperature.

gecko eggs don't hatch at any specific time of the year. They will hatch in about 45 to 65 days after the mother lays them. If you have a female gecko that has layed eggs, you will need to properly incubate the eggs or they will not last very long.
