This is a textbook case of having a blown fuse. Check the fueses that protect those components and replace them if necessary. If that doesn't fix the problem check for shorts or broken wires.
more than likley you have a blown fuse. the fuse is normally marked acc. but my also be marked with cig. your best bet is to just check the owners manual and find out witch fuse it is
Probably a fuse. Check the fuse panel and replace the fuse if needed. If the fuse blows again that means there is a short somewhere, most likely with the lighter.
