Surprisingly, you can drive the entire way! It is a total of 2400 miles and would take 1 day, 20 hours to drive it non-stop. Otherwise, Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa, and bmi offer this flight for about $2500

You can take a direct flight from London to Dalaman. It should be about 69 pounds one way. So it is faster and cheaper to go by air.
