Mix 2 cups cooked, flaked crab meat with 1 cup diced celery, 1/4 cup green/red bell pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and three tablespoons tangy mayonnaise. Serve on mixed greens and garnish with thin slices of avocado. Sliced jalapeno peppers also makes good garnishing and provides a delicious bite to the crab salad.
