Ford Motor Sports makes a camshaft called the E303, it is the best one for all around street/track performance. Provides minimal loss of low end torque and increased top end power dramatically.

The best after market camshaft is available at Summit Motor Sports in Akron Ohio. Youo can get the Viper series and then you will have more power and better acceleration. It is a good shaft but it is going to cost you a lot of money and more than you would spend if you found it on Amazon.
