An elaeagnus withstands most any kind of climate, drought conditions, and will survive cold weather. It can withstand full sun or bask in the shady areas. This plant works as an anywhere plant; it grows to approximately six feet tall and works great in smaller spaces. Pool areas are fine as chlorine exposure doesn't phase the elaeagnus.

No matter if you have a hot sunny spot, or one that has plenty of shade, an eleagnus shrub is very adaptable and will offer up very fragrant aromatherapy blooms.
