What would cause pain on the right side of my stomach?

If its near your ribs to the right of the abdomen there could be something wrong with your liver or your gall bladder.

It could be many things; your liver and gallbladder are on the right side of your stomach, so it could be gallstones, for instance. You should see a doctor.

There are a handful of things that could be going on with your stomach, one being an ulcer which is aggravated by acidic food and drinks and smoking. Bile ducts get blocked and be causing Gall-stones which radiate to the stomach. Consult your doctor to find out what it is.

Well it could just be the way you slept or it also be a result of food that you ate. Maybe too much acid in your diet.
