Different colored foods can cause "neon" poop. Things like candies, fruit snacks and sweets usually are the culprits. It's usually the high concentrate of dyes.

Sometimes it can be a juice drink that you may have had like mixed berry juice. There is blue food coloring dye in a lot of products. Pay attention to what you eat during the day and make notes, when you see the doctor he will ask what you ate.

The most common cause of blue poop would be the eating of licorice candy. Especially a blue licorice. Additionally, if you eat anything that speeds digestion, poop can be blue.

You may have eaten something that contained a blue food coloring. Some of these are not visible to the naked eye - one of the biggest culprits is cereal.

Wow, attention to detail people. It specifically says they have not eaten anything containing blue dye. I would contact your doctor to make sure your liver is functioning correctly. Have them check your bilirubin levels. Also if your stool moves through the small intestine too quick it can cause bluestool
